And I’ve always said, half the battle of American Exceptionalism is how we feel about ourselves. In the 80s, I was lucky enough to work for a booming company. The leadership team, Allen Questrom and Jim Zimmerman, were the kind of leaders who made you feel like “it can be done and I am the one to do it.” It was a heady time.
