Georgia is a Swing State and These Are Some of the Names You Will Hear and Need to Know

I’m back on a regular schedule. My producer and I have had some “life happens” moments in the last few weeks which has made me a little less reliable for Sunday mornings. But all is well, now! And we will get back to business as usual with a weekly podcast to all subcribers and some special content for our paid subscribers.

This week, with Georgia being a swing state and with the decision that has to be made by Governor Kemp about his next step, based on that—there may be fruit basket turnover in Georgia and national politics. So, we thought you might like to hear from some of those people and my regular Georgia analysis with Bill Crane.

First up, we will talk to Sen. Blake Tillery. He’s at the cutting edge of big changes in Georgia and depending on what the Lt Gov and the Gov do about next steps, you may hear his name related to bigger political jobs. He updates us on the bills he’s working on under the Gold Dome.

Then, Rep. Matt Dubnik is a leader in education and he’s proposing a big change in how we determine how our state’s schools are run. I’ve seen him grow into this job and he’s someone to watch.

Commissioner John King is the first Latino statewide elected official and Tort Reform has put the Insurance Commissioner in the limelight. Also, he’s from Mexico and is very involved in getting the right information to our Latino community in Georgia. It’s a travesty that the legacy media is whipping up fear and King will set the record straight.

Finally, Bill Crane on the view from 30,000 feet.
